All authors are obliged to submit the Copyright contract (link in main menu of the site) before we can proceed with the publishing of their article. Also, there are news regarding the Tables and graphics section in our Instructions for the authors for all three journals (Med Arh, Acta Inform Med and Mat Soc Med): 

Papers could not be submitted with included more of 4 Tables, Figures or Graphs. Every additional must be paid 20 euros each. Also, Original paper could not contains more than 3,000 words, Review article more than 4,500 and Case report more than 1,500 words, including References.

As of 01.01.2012. we have decided that authors submitting their articles only via scopemed.org because of it advanced article submission and tracking system and, also, new domain names of our three journals.

Authors can submit their articles for publishing in one of the journals in two ways:

1) Using avicenapublisher.org

2.) Using scopemed.org

AVICENA d.o.o., as publisher was founded in Sarajevo in the year 1992. During war time (1992-1995) in Bosnia & Herzegovina, AVICENA organized and sponsored 10 scientific conferences in Sarajevo and published 47 books & monographs, also proceedings of mentioned conferences. Some of them were exposed at Frankfurt Book fairs in 1994.
